When purchasing a tool from CWB Arte Producer, you assume the responsibility of NEVER sharing, reselling, lending, renting, or passing on the art generators to third parties, as they are EXCLUSIVELY reserved for your use.

The art generated with our tools can be sold, given, used, and shared freely in JPG or PNG format, as they are the final product of the tool's use.

• After your payment, we will send you a download link for the tool (we will never send anything physical, only a virtual download link), and this link will expire after the download, and it will NOT be possible to reuse the link for future downloads.
• You are solely responsible for the storage and backup of your files, and CWB Arte will never send you the download link for the tool again for any reason, such as loss of files, accidents, theft of equipment, machine failure, or accidental deletion.

We strongly advise you to make a physical copy of the original file somewhere safe, outside of your machine or on another disk drive, whether it be external hard drive, secondary drive, USB, memory card, or cloud, because in case of an accident, you can restore the original copy from your backup and continue working without interruptions.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to share our files with others, resell them, republish them on other sites, make them available for download, rent them, lend them, or sublet them. The product purchased is intended exclusively for a single use at a physical address, and it is ethically wrong to use it for multiple users at different addresses.

All violations found will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by our legal department.
